I loved the app but now I can't even login.
Downloaded the app ant ii wouldn't even log me in with my tmobile app. About to send the whole package back
Had trouble setting up apps location on my active phone The phone that i use to manager here with once was resolved very family fun and friendly
This app worked for about two days and then logged me out. Tried to log back in and it says "Looks like you do not have FamilyMode on your T-Mobile account". Contacted support multiple times and they have not been able to resolve it.
I can't log into it
After not being able to "join the family" (my husband is primary), I spent 2.5 hours chatting with tech support, finally got connected to the family, only to learn that non-primary adult profiles can't make changes to kid people time settings (bedtimes, time limits, etc.). What's the point of having adult profiles on the app?? Missing Google Family. 🫤
This app is the worst I'm just trying to play a game and it will not letting me and I can't call or text or do anything
The maps are outdated by SEVERAL years and I definitely wouldn't say it shows real time locations. 1/2 the time it says the phone hasn't communicated. Idk if it's worth being charged for.
